International Freight & Shipping Calculators

Calculator hub · Logistics & trade finance

Getting goods from a factory floor to a customer’s door is really a chain of numbers — chargeable weight, container cube, ocean surcharges, duties, port fees, Incoterms boundaries, payment terms and the landed cost that quietly decides your margin.

ConveyLuck’s freight and international shipping calculators put every step of that chain in one place, so importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers and freight forwarders can run the numbers before they commit real money. Each tool works in your browser, is free, needs no sign-up, and shows the assumptions behind its result.

Ocean & sea freight

Move a full or shared container: volume, transit, surcharges and the right freight class.

Parcel & air freight

Price smaller, faster shipments: chargeable weight, box weight, all-in cost and load capacity.

Landed cost & port charges

See the real cost of goods once freight, duties and terminal fees are stacked up.

Incoterms, payments & trade risk

Adjust prices across Incoterms, cost a letter of credit, and price currency and political exposure.

Sourcing & re-export

Size minimum order quantities and evaluate profit on buy-and-resell or re-export deals.

How we build & maintain these calculators

Our editorial team builds each tool from published industry conventions — volumetric (DIM) factors, standard 20GP / 40GP / 40HC container dimensions, Incoterms® 2020 cost-responsibility boundaries and common surcharge structures — then cross-checks example outputs against real quotes and public tariff references.

Where a figure depends on variables we cannot see (lane, carrier, fuel index, exchange rate or customs classification), the tool states that assumption instead of hiding it. These are estimation aids, not binding quotes: actual costs are set by your forwarder, carrier and customs authority, so confirm critical numbers with a licensed broker or freight professional before you book.

Frequently asked questions

Are these freight calculators free, and how accurate are they?

Yes — they run entirely in your browser, are free, and need no sign-up. They are accurate estimates built on standard conventions (DIM divisors, container cube, Incoterms® 2020 boundaries). Real cost still depends on your lane, carrier, fuel index and customs, so treat every output as a planning figure, not a binding quote.

What is the difference between LCL and FCL?

LCL (Less than Container Load) shares a container and is priced by volume or weight; FCL (Full Container Load) books the whole box. The LCL vs FCL calculator compares both on total landed cost so you can find the break-even point.

How is chargeable (volumetric) weight calculated?

Carriers bill the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight — length × width × height divided by a DIM divisor. The weight calculators show which figure dominates so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Do the tools keep up with rate changes?

We review the freight tools whenever published container specs, common surcharge structures or Incoterms boundaries change materially. Because live carrier and fuel rates move constantly, reconcile anything critical with a current quote.

Rates, duties and regulations vary by route, carrier and jurisdiction and change often. Confirm all critical figures with a licensed customs broker or freight forwarder. See our full Disclaimer.
